Thivex II is a Thixotropic Agent for Thickening Smooth-On Silicone Rubbers.
THI-VEX IIª is made especially for thickening Smooth-OnÕs Mold Maxª 10, 20 & 30 (tin-catalyst), Smooth-Silª 930, 940 & 950 (platinum-catalyst) and Dragon Skinª (platinum catalyst) silicones for vertical surface application (making brush-on molds). Different viscosities can be attained by varying the amount of THI-VEXª II.
THI-VEXª II is added as a percentage of Part A and must be thoroughly mixed with Parts A and B.
