Cupric Nitrate crystal form is mixed with distilled water and used in a hot application. Cupric Nitrate offers a wide range of semi-transparent to opaque hues in the turquoise to green range. It is a low heat patina. Avoid excessive heat as this will cause the color to turn yellow.
