Illustrator On Set Flesh Tone Palette (204122)
The Skin Illustrator On Set Flesh Tone Palette is a mini version of the classic full size Skin Illustrator Flesh Tone palette. It has become an industry standard. This compact, pocket size palette contains the full ten colors of the larger Flesh Tone palette, but also an additional Rice Paper and a Vein Tone for that extra bit of color needed to make touch ups fast and easy. This palette is a must for any makeup FX artist. Use it alone, or in combination with other On Set Palettes. The colors can easily be applied with a brush or mascara wand (palette cells may be too small to apply color with a sponge). Use it alone, or mix the colors with any of the other Skin Illustrator tones to create your own unique blend of color. You must use Skin Illustrator Activator, Skin Illustrator Slow Activator, or 99% alcohol to activate the color pigment. Do Not use 70% alcohol, MEK, acetone, water or any other solvent.
Skin Illustrator will cover tattoos, create effects, color hair, and it can be used on foam latex, gelatin, plastic, and silicone appliances. The high pigment content provides rich color tones that stay in place and last all day. Skin Illustrator colors can be activated with a spray or dab of alcohol, and they require few touch ups other than an occasional powdering. Whether you use a brush, air brush, sponge or stipple technique, Skin Illustrator can fix a problem or keep one from happening.
All Skin Illustrator palettes must be activated with Skin Illustrator Slow Activator, Skin Illustrator Activator or 99% alcohol. Do not use anything else. Removal is easy with Telesis Super Solv or Telesis Makeup Remover.
Be sure the skin has been gently cleaned and dried before applying the Skin Illustrator colors. Removal is easy with Super Solv, alcohol or isopropyl myristate. Remember to clean the skin after color removal, then apply moisturizer. The key to using Skin Illustrator is to take the time to experiment with the colors. Try different application techniques with a sponge, brush or airbrush, and learn how the colors work under varying conditions. Because art is constantly evolving, Skin Illustrator will always be growing and improving.
Skin Illustrator colors have been tested by independent labs for dermal irritation and have been proven safe for use on skin.
