Clear Flex30 is a mercury-free and phthalate-free water white clear urethane liquid rubber compound designed for applications that require absolute clarity and resistance to sunlight. Low viscosity ensures easy mixing and pouring. Clear Flex 30 cures at room temperature with negligible shrinkage. Cured castings are clear, flexible and UV Resistant. Vibrant colors and color effects are achieved by adding pigments. Applications include making model reproductions, decorative cast pieces, special effects, prototype parts.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATIONS:
This material should be vacuumed or pressure cast to minimize bubbles. Cured material is very clear. Clear Flex 30 will come out of silicone molds with a tacky surface that eventually goes away at room temperature. There is no tacky surface when heated in an industrial oven or hot box at 150 deg F / 60 deg C for 4 hours.
